Did we just got an update from 2K? all my files are now corrupted

No acknowledgement about the issues, which is not altogether surprising, but at least it seems the further update resolved the problem for the most part.

No mention of the update corruption fiasco, and nobody even visits the forum anymore. The latest posts are from the end of 2020 to February of this year. Sad what 2k has become now.

A lot of that info comes through Reddit these days, but it doesn't look like there's any official statement there either. 2K does tend to have a policy of avoiding addressing issues or delivering news that will draw negative attention. The irony is that in doing so, they end up looking worse than if they were more open and forthcoming.

There seems to be a fix out now... not working for everybody when it comes to myplayer but i think the rest should work ?

Probably not. You'll likely just have to redo them.
