How to Get Crowd Cheering for Any Home and Away Teams in Quick Play?

Has anybody figured out a way to get the crowd to cheer both the home and away teams in a Quick Play game? I know it's possible if you set the team type to All-Star or Rising Star, but you get commentary that talks about the All-Star events which takes away from the immersion of a regular game. If anybody can figure out how to do this without the special All-Star commentary, please let me know as this would be perfect for the OBH mod.
