I just started a new 2018-2019 throwback do-over association concept that features a bunch of changes. Yes, technically I'm playing it in 2019-2020 season because I'm on NBA 2K20, but I may use looyh's 2ktools by the end of the season to change all the stats from 19-20 to 18-19.
As a side note, does anyone know if there's anyway to change the actual year your association thinks it's taking place in, and likewise, any way to edit the league history stats like "MVP" "past champions" and stuff like that? Right now I have it all wrapped up nice and tight in a Google Doc, but it'd be cool to see on the actual association that I'm playing "2018-2019" and the past champions are whoever I set to be and such. Any input there is greatly appreciated as well as the main point of this post.
Unfortunately I was inactive on video games right around the time of the servers shutting down because I had COVID, and was unaware of the fact they were shut down until I just got back and started and completed the roster for this throwback season. I have big plans to stretch this concept association out over potentially the next 10 NBA seasons (yes I know, that means I'll probably be like 40 years old by the time I'm done with the level of detail I put into my own personal associations and such, lol) but I am wondering where I might find draft classes now that the servers have been shut down? I'll be skimming through the forum but haven't found any concrete answers just yet. I downloaded bluejaybrandon's 2020 draft class here: https://www.nba-live.com/forums/viewtopic.php?f=258&t=108550&start=475&hilit=draft but I know I'm ultimately going to have to go into 2ktools and change names and such because I obviously don't have the raw 2k draft class file with all of that info preloaded, where normally the download would just input the custom portraits and cyberfaces.
If anyone has any info on draft classes for 2k20 and how to get them into the game now that servers are down, I'd be very appreciative of any help and guidance.
