Creating Cybeface

So i wanted to go pro modding and trying to create my own cyberfaces and ideas now the only problem in my way is that i dont know how to edit the face.color file correctly i dont know how to put a certain picture on that photo and how to edit the hair on the face.color file and thats really annoying does somebody has a tutorial video or some i would really appericate it
