Thanks to MauMau & ksmiz for the Cheat Engine Table.

I'm not an expert with camera mods, I created this camera angle through trial and error and I thought it came out good.

probably easier to copy all his values as hex and paste in the hex from the same starting point.

copying by typing from a screenshot looks like a nightmare

MauMau has a great handle of what the values actually do and how to make them look good in gameplay

I tried adding descriptions for some but just gave up because there is a lot of different ways to change things and describe what they are doing
that's why you see all those ? descriptions with no real reference for what you are changing

last I checked I didn't find the exact wording of the controls when I looked through the exe for what each parameter was doing to the camera

i think thats maumau camera angle, you have to message him for that.

is there any way of saving or just editing the nosebleed camera angel in the iff file of the arena ? Instead of doing all this each time ?

Ahh that was 6- 7 years ago , but I was talking about the camera files inside every arena iff.file . From what I remember they had a few and scen file dedicated to cam views. I have not looked at this on this gen. But will take a look today when I get home from work.
