How do I get the instant ankle breaker like in 2k19?

So I looked through a few threads to find out how but it just says use the Limono Trainer, I literally activated all entertainment functions and I dont get an ankle breaker one. Does anyone know how cause I seen a few YTers do it in 2k20 still. Thanks!
