Help needed with roster edits!

Hey guys I’m fairly new to roster editing and I need all the help I can get with this nbl mod, so I got shuajota a formula and some I found on online but was wondering if there are any experienced roster creators out there that can give me some pointers or formulas to help me out

I have only made fictional rosters on this gen so I could do what I wanted with ratings.

My issue is always tendencies.

What do u need help with specifically

More good formulas for turning stats into attritubes and tendencies lol like I found a couple and I’m combining them, tendencies tho I wish I understood them a lot better to make the game more accurate to the nbl
