Shaquille O'neal NBA Live '96 & Mitch Richmond NBA Live '97 Bootup Intro Screens

The '96 one was created for Laroche's 1995-96 roster, but since it looks like it's not going to be free, I figured why not release it here if anyone wants to use it with Thunder Shaq's 1996-97 roster. (viewtopic.php?f=258&t=109897)

To be more accurate, I went ahead and put up the Live '97 intro screens as well.
