Is there away to get rid of injuries in mycareer? Jayson Tatum just went down in mine right before the playoffs

If you have Limnono trainer installed, activate enable "Unlock In-Game editor" in the Basic Function section and that gives you the ability to edit players.

I haven't been on MC in ages maybe that stopped working since then. That was the only way I knew of. Sorry.
