Mod for changing the names that commentators use?

I've managed to change the name, picture and portrait for the other players on my MyCareer roster, but the commentators still use the old player's name. For example I had Jeff Green on my team, and changed him to Travis Scott. But when Travis scores a bucket, the commentators go like "and here's Jeff Green with the 2". Is there a mod to change this?

I think he might have a signature attached to his player. If you have the Edit Player cheat table you may be able to take that away.
