How to access alternate hair files?

Players like Karl Anthony Towns, Robert Covington and Andrew Wiggins all have alternate hairstyles included in NBA2K20, although you can only see them in-game and not while you're in edit mode.

I've tried using NBA2K explorer and nothing appears once I apply the alternate files. Is there any way?
