How do we get Dest roster files?

Dest has some very popular rosters, but they don’t seem to work without the additional files he has uploaded. Does anyone know where or how we can dl these ?

I utilize them for the additional range of faces for my college roster and drafts. I have never tried to use them in any mode but I do notice there are several players that don't have pictures.
