Quick Question on a Simple Camera Zoom

Good morning. Is there a mod (CE code perhaps) that simply zooms in a certain default camera (I'm thinking the skybox) by a percentage? Thank you

I randomly remembered lately about NBA F1x3r by nesa24 back in NBA 2K13 and it had a feature like that
