My League: College Roster and Draft Class, 1st year nearing completion.

I took on helping with this project back in December. Although, my ratings and tendencies may not be to others likings (I like ratings high for better competition during game play), I have 55 full college rosters, a full draft class with real recruits, and a stock of additional incoming freshman added to the free agent list that are not in the draft class.
I have set up each college that I have a roster for to only have 2 of their declared or signed incoming freshman in the draft class, so that if you want to keep things accurate, you will have to draft for each team, and then add the extra signed or declared freshman from the free agent market in the off season.
The rosters are set up to where each player will automatically be a free agent when their college eligibility ends...there may be a random option offered, but just decline to resign. However, if there is a player that is most likely to leave early, I did not adjust their contracts because I didn't want to be predicting this or that and be wrong about a lot of it. So you will have to take responsibility for that aspect as well.
With my higher ratings sets, you will likely want to normalize stats and minutes in the opening settings. I also would encourage that you allow for rule changes in the off season. During the first off season I recommend changing shot clock to 30 seconds, to reset after rebounds (more optional, college now resets to 20 seconds, but the NBA is 13), change foul outs to 5 personal fouls, and I also change to the bonus to take affect after 3rd foul of quarter; I would suggest alternating possessions on tied balls, but even if you make that change, I have yet to see the game execute it).
Be aware that some teams do not have any recruits signed at this point, some include Memphis, Texas, Washington, and Oklahoma. As soon as I see some updates or the next national signing day comes along, I will update accordingly. But in the meantime, you will have to decide for yourself on who to place on these teams if you use them.
Also, I am still adding some more teams, but I am also adding additional recruits as well, and I am likely to be playing the game a bit more as well, so the progress will be a bit slow. I have starts on both the 2021 and 2022 recruiting classes that are uploaded as well, they are not near as organized, but they at least do not conflict with each other.
Also there are a few transfers that I have taken off a team and placed in free agency. For instance, Shaq's son transferred to LSU from UCLA. When you put him on LSU, keep in mind he has 3 years of eligibility left, and is sitting this year, so he can play next year.
Current teams completed: Duke, UCONN, Clemson, Louisville, Florida, UCLA, Villanova, Tennessee, Arizona, Kentucky, Kansas, Alabama, Michigan, Virginia, Wisconsin, North Carolina, USC, Ohio State, Michigan State, Oregon, Xavier, Penn State, Illinois, SD State, Dayton, Rutgers, Georgia, Butler, Cincinnati, Arkansas, Auburn, Baylor, Florida State, Texas, Washington, Gonzaga, Marquette, Purdue, Texas Tech, West Virginia, Houston, Indiana, Iowa, LSU, Maryland, Memphis, Miami, Minnesota, Northwestern, Georgetown, Syracuse, Nebraska, Oklahoma State, NC State and Seton Hall.
Teams Planned to do: Providence, Vanderbilt, St. John's, Providence, Kansas State, Arizona State and Creighton.

All of my work can be found in the 2K share. Rosters is simply named "College". My draft classes are named "College Freshman 2020".

I originally used Rob Davis's uploaded to 2K Share fictional roster where he had changed many of the teams rostered to colleges. I have created several teams that he did not change. Just going back and forth making sure that the set up for this is working as planned, I have gotten tired of trying to remember which team is which old NBA team. So I am hoping someone can help me out by changing a several old NBA teams and logos in the roster to help me organize this project as I continue to add to it.
The current changes I am asking for are:
1. 94-95 Magic to Penn State Nittany Lions
2. 95-96 Bulls to Illinois Fighting Illini
3. 95-96 Sonics to San Diego State Aztecs
4. 96-97 Heat to Dayton Fliers
5. 97-98 Bulls to Rutgers Scarlott Knights
6. 97-98 Jazz to Oklahoma State Cowboys
7. 97-98 Lakers to Nebraska Corn Huskers
8. 97-98 Spurs to Northwestern Wildcats
9. 98-99 Knicks to Notre Dame Fighting Irish

I am currently adding a few teams a day, as I am going I am making a list of Seniors for each team that should be released with free agents at the end of year 1. I would recommend deleting these seniors as soon as possible, to avoid confusion in filling teams back up with freshman before starting year 2. I will also provide a list of freshman to either draft to each team or to sign to each team from free agency. In the OP, I had Shaq's son in the free agent market, however, I found a walk on to remove on LSU to allow me to put him on the team. He and other players taking a red shirt year are listed as suspended for 300 plus days, and the remaining years on their contracts reflect their eligibility remaining following the suspension/sitting year.
Here is the file that has my Senior's list to track: There are a lot of extra school that I am unlikely to mess with, but it is a work in progress:

How are you adding the jerseys courts and other stuff for each team? Are you just using 2kshare? If so I can grab the roster and swap out the team names for you.

Uploaded it under the name Kenny ... you skipped over the 01 76ers so i didnt touch them. Let me know if it doesnt work

All is well. I don't imagine needing any more unless I decide to stick with this years edition of 2K for several years to come...there are still a lot of originals teams you had that I eventually will do as well, but lower on my priorities. I am hoping that we can start seeing NCAA games come out with the new rule changes in college athletics in the next couple of years. So I figure if I make this well, I can cope without purchasing a new one, because I don't want to invest this time back in each year.

I am also going to continue to add some more teams as well as some additional freshman to the free agent market...just for those who like to go off script at times to have more options available.
You can my work on 2K Share, the roster is "College", and the draft class is "College Freshman 2020". This is for My League, and you will have to use 2K Share to download team designs for the teams you select when in the setup.
