Cyberface Preview Glitch on 2K

Hey Guys, ever since the new patch came out with hairstyle updates, I've been having a weird issue. I can see the updated hair and looks in-game, but if I go to the edit player screen it shows their previous update. Does this have anything to do with mods? I'm afraid 2k hook might have something to do with it but has anyone else had this issue?

I think 2K screwed up on this one because console players are saying the same thing happens to them...
