Yes, good teammate, I think that the skin of the players looks good, especially when they are released, they can play with the lighting since I don't have much time to experience

No, please, it is fine as it is. The problem of all these lightning mods (as Michaelvultz's one) is that they saturate too much the colors giving that "gaming look" that is totally fake. The lightning, especially in the Nets court, SHOULD BE very deem and weakly saturated. This is how the real thing looks like:

Look at how lowly saturated the colors actually are. If you don't want your mod to look fake and gamy you shouldn't go all saturated, as real colors are not like that.

I actually really like that this mods looks much more realistic than other lightning mods that go really overboard with the lightning (even more than vanilla does).

the crowd on the rows closer to the floor are brighter in real life and also the floor itself are slightly brighter i think...
