Make sure you have the hook installed. Restart the game. Make sure you have named your face.iff and png.iff files correctly and add them to the waigua / modded folder. Assign the cyberface in game. The face will show up if you have done everything right.
Also you don't have to name the file png20000.iff you can use a smaller CF ID number.

You can do that importing the DNA of the player you want to change over other who wears that brand Marvin.

the format of the vcui files is a lot different now somehow.
or maybe because I am looking at StartingLineupOverlayLowerThird.VCUIELEMENT it is different.
the value to swap out is much further down than before, I was able to take a good guess and figure out where the value was that I needed to find to swap out
then since TEAM_NAME2 doesn't even show up in the file by searching the crc32 I just had to hope the next possible value would be the next team and I was right
good thing I used my pattern coloring from last year to look at this. the value D1 E6 9E 42 must mean text values so every next 4 bytes after 4 blank bytes are the values you are looking to swap out

**extra info - so 2 of the 4 gray values are that block that represents text values and the other 2 are actually barlow_bold_condensed CRC32=5D51C53D
maybe this could be used to change the font on scoreboard, maybe the value to swap isn't 5D51C53D but could be one of the next blocks of data of 4 bytes idk interesting though**

brooklyn nets in the right place and milwaukee bucks now in the right place
from here you can take the VCUI file and place it into whatever scoreboard you are working on. This one isn't designed for that obviously haha
you can then use the SCNE file and edit those options meant for the tricode text to clip the words to the next line or clip the width and all those types of options and you should be able to figure out how to get the names to show like
BROOKLYN
NETS
then you clip the height or new line so that NETS doesn't show up and so it will only be display the first word which is city name like you wanted
if you find something that is more specifcally just the city name only so that you won't have to clip or account for variables with length of possible combinations of team and city names then I will take a look at it but for 2k18 this is what I did to get the scoreboards to show city name.
I do actually hope that there is a better option out there like TEAMCITY_NAME1(made this name up) or something like that but I don't know where that would be
