Help w/ Unfinished Venice Beach Court

So, I need some help getting this court to work. The issues I'm getting are 1. Strange Collisions (Can't run to some parts of the court) and 2. One side is just bright white? During the MyCareer cutscene its from, everything shows correctly. I've tried replacing the collisions file (didnt fix anything) and am currently pulling the arena into Blender to see if there's any way to fix it from there. Any help would be greatly appreciated, it'd be cool to get this court working.

Please anyone who's able to help assist. This court would be so dope as Blacktop

If its still white it may be something going on with the lighting. Last year If i took a blacktop court and used that as an indoor court the court would be super bright sometimes. I had to swap out lighting files to get some to work.
