I noticed the 2k explorer doesn't open the 3I archive, which I assume is probably the WNBA or something. I hope there's an update for 2k20.

Actually 3I is where the studio music (Ernie, Shaq and Kenny intro) are located this year; last year it was in 0C. I used to be able to replace them with the TNT broadcast music but now I can't. Hopefully the explorer gets updates soon.

USed to explore using NBA 2k17 Explorer, but after latest update (ca. 16 Dec 2019) the tool is not working anymore,
tried load archives and this errors shows up in command window:

You have to delete "manifest-g" that is in the main folder. When the game updates the "manifest" changes but manifest-g is the backup 2k explorer creates and it gets out dated after updates so you need to delete it. 2k explorer creates a new one.
