The file I am trying to convert is Mr Stars 2k18 Coach Cyberface for Phil Jackson. If you have some time would yo be able to convert it to 2k20 please? No hassle if you can't. Thanks anyway for your great work.

What you are describing seems to be a common thread when attempting to convert facial hair back to previous games. Same kind of thing happens when taking facial hair from 2K19 or 2K20 and trying to bring it down to 2K17 (I haven't tried to bring that same facial hair into 2K18 but imagine result is the same).
As of now, I'm not sure if there is anything that can be done to fix it. I've looked into it quite a bit but with no luck.

Do you also have the png1344_hair_01.iff archive from before the update? I converted his 3D body but in game his hair looks out of place because the hair model is still the newer one - I imagine the position of the hair changed from the position of the old model.
trevorjpt33 wrote:Hey all,
Below is a link to the updated folder containing all the conversions on Mediafire. I uploaded Steve Nash (2K16), Mitch McGary (2K18), and JJ Redick (2K19). I also updated Derrick McKey (2K17). Folder now is up to a total of 30 converted players.

One other thing - my bad, for the video tutorial series I accidentally uploaded the videos with the sound prior to me mixing it, making it way too quiet. I re-uploaded all of the videos today with the mixed sound so the volume should be normal now. I'm going to go in to the video descriptions and add in time stamps as well.
