Can somebody help me with getting reshade to work without the game crashing on startup?

I don't know, it's weird that crash every single time. Can you see if the reshade bar that appears above says something about an error? It could be some shaders in the shader folder. Try uninstalling and reinstall from scratch
That's probably the version or the dll

No error pops up just anthony davis screen comes up then after 3 seconds it exits out

How do I actually install this patch? I downloaded the file and put the dds file in "u015lal_current_away.iff" but when I load up game and select "icon" jersey the patch doesn't show up on it.

Make sure you are replacing the jersey and short color dds in the iff file and dont just add another. It happened to me first. And also put the iff file in the waigua folder of course.
