I feel that the hair line should be flatter.

I couldn't explain exactly how, but this Cade is yet to give me the same feeling when I see your new Jalen Johnson, man, that one is AWESOME!!!!

Not easy to do youngster cf, as their face change from time to time, typical example is lamelo ball, this fellow looks different every few months.

yeah, i'll use that ref pic to make his jaw more square, but i think it might be a bit too bright for the texture, as in, some of his prominent features like those under his eyes are not very visible, so it might not look that great in game

You could fix that with Photoshop, that reference pic is perfect. If need help I could help you.
