this is amazing work and i have a completely ignorant question - do the announcers say "Wembanyama" in game, or is that not possible to have them do that?

I don't think so, that name wasn't really thought about when the game came out lol. He usually says "#1"

Just wanted to take the time to make an account and say thank you for the colossal effort of getting this together, as somebody who has loved the 2K series for years and fell out of it because it was no longer made for people like me, this has seriously reignited my interest in playing 2K at all. seriously this thing is amazing, my friend and i are primarily myleague players for the longest time and this is the quintessential myleague experience i've dreamed of. I'd had a lot of mods for a lot of games. This is easily in my top 5 of all time. The fact that it's still updated is just awesome.

I have installed the mod and everything is working except when using the ultimate retro rosters I only get the modern tnt scoreboard. I thought using a different era team changed the boards to cbs,espn, etc. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks

None of the others are included in the mod pack. I recommend checking out some of the scoreboards from Sticky Fingers if you want some variety viewtopic.php?f=258&t=107930

You just would drop the files in the waigua and it will replace the previous scoreboard. It isn't set up to switch scoreboards, so you'll just have to swap them out each time you want a different scoreboard unfortunately

Just wanted to say I've been a long-time user of this mod (since like 3-4 years ago), it's the only thing bringing me back to 2k20 after all of these years and still having fun with it. I really do appreciate you for maintaining this forum active, your efforts have been unbelievable and have even helped me to understand better NBA history as well. If it helps, I would like to recommend you a specific site to use as references for future and past jersey modifications if you don't use it already, the Basketball Jersey Database, which has documented all of the different uniforms done by teams throughout their histories from the beginning of the NBA, with great references for how they look, their layout, fonts and how long they have been used.

I definitely wouldn't expect TOO many more. The 1984 roster has been a WIP for a while. Some other rosters and updates took priority and it's just not an era I'm able to connect to as much, so it's harder for me to knock it out quickly.

That's just a glitch with 2k20. I don't think I can fix that with a mod

Nuggets 2018, Grizzlies 2018, Rockets 2019. Great work over the past years just a few things I noticed

Nuggets 2018, Grizzlies 2018, Rockets 2019. Great work over the past years just a few things I noticed

Good call on Warriors and Thunder, it's a very slight difference. I can probably export those from 2k19. I believe I took the 2019 Rockets jerseys directly from 2k19, so maybe 2k got those wrong.

I've been aware of the Grizzlies and Nuggets jerseys, which were only worn for one season, I just have not found a mod for them yet/didn't get around to making them myself. Thanks!

I didn't realize the amount of work that goes into this monumental undertaking until I decided to try it myself for 2K20 on the Playstation side...OMG!!! So again thank you!!

This is the first NBA 2k game I've played and first mod I've tried installing for this. I've (from what I thought) installed everything correctly, however I've played a test game with the Hornets and am getting a greyed-out court. Are the courts all meant to be sitting in the waigua folder and they work automatically from there, or even when in the folder, do they have to get manually assigned to teams?

No, when the mod is installed correctly, the only thing you'd ever NEED to manually change is tweaking the config file for the 1997-2002 All-Star jerseys. The court files go directly in the waigua. You can tell if the mod isn't loading properly if any of the headshot portraits aren't loading. I'd review the installation tips that come from the essentials pack to make sure you did it properly and also consider downloading the Hook from the link on page 1 (and place the config file that comes in the essentials pack Hook in that folder).

I reached out to him a while back, but never heard back. Luckily somebody else sent me a link to a mod for the missing jerseys. I think the only one I'm missing now is the 2018 home Grizzlies jersey
