usually pops up in the 4th quarter... but haven't played 2k20 in a while. if y'all see the panel, just post a screenshot here
few notations:
went back to the default lower3rd placement. got organized. focused on moving the text/panel up/down. could move left/right later, but guide covers up/down for now.
mesh has been made large to cover the whole screen. if want to move panel, just move texture location but keep texture size (4000x1400) see album: https://imgur.com/a/WT1JduY
might give you drop in fps for older computers ... dunno
this panel mod is more complete than other mods (old espn, tnt, fox)
guide included in the notes... only takes about 30 min to move text up/down. left/right will need a new guide.
only need to move a few panels in blender to adjust team logo and team color ... see guide notes for the panel lists .... all the panels are exact same in blender (same coordinates) except for panel 1x1. panel 1x1 needs adjusted manually. still, not to bad ... doesn't take long to make 7 blender scenes identical.

shoulda abandoned this months ago. oh well.
anyways, if you find that scoring by quarter when y'all play the game, please put a screenshot. everything else looks pretty good or is default. texture needs to be improved someday, but it passable for now. if anybody wants to improve the texture, panel_test.dds and panel_test_1x1.dds are the exact texture.... just had to rename one texture for the 1x1 panel.

about 70% are converted to TNT. Other 30% are default. Not sure when I can finish all of them... will update the page if I get the last few scenes converted.

sometimes the intro's load into the wrong position. seems to be random... one game will be correct spot, next game will be a different spot ... but maybe because i haven't finished all panels. not sure.

panel texture is from karinge TNT Scoreboard. not sure if karinge made the texture or looyh... but full credit to them.
