Hi! Thunder Shaq, i wanted to ask: would i have any problems with the mod if i wanted to download the Alternate/City/Earned Jersey Megapack 1.0 from Issy? I´m mostly interested in the earned/city jersey´s for the raptors in 2018/19 since the were used a lot during their title run, but i don´t want to mess up the mod... in any case, i´m sure you´re already aware of this addon regarding jerseys, but it could help for new content regarding the mid 2010´s seasons.

Yes, use the format that I've used for adding jerseys in recent rosters. You'll need to use 2kTools for 2k20. What is important is naming the files something different than any existing jerseys in the game.

Find an open slot in the jersey section




Edit everything you need to about it, but especially aligning the file name with what you used




And then assign the jersey to the team you need to add it to

I followed every single step (and i understand that i was on the right track since the "we the north" shirts started showing on the 2k tools), but for some reason, the jerseys don´t appear in play now... i don´t know what i´m missing (i´m trying it on the toronto raptors of the 2019 season)

You have to assign it as a jersey option to that specific team and save the roster

did that, and saved the roster after that (when i open it, jerseys "4" and "5" are the new ones), but they don´t appear for some reason

Is there a reason why the nuggets 2020 city jersey isn´t showing ingame? I have up to 1.10 in my game.

Also want to ask if I used retro roster like 2003 will I be able to play the All-stars for those year?

Hey Thunder Shaq, I absolutely love this mod pack, and the work you've put on it, but i have a question. Because unfortunately I'm running out of space on my PC, is there a way to get the 2 rosters with the retro teams, and the all time roster, seperately from the season rosters (and everything that comes with them, since they occupy the most space)? I know that you have said in the past that everything comes together in one mod pack, so most probably what I'm asking is not possible, but even if thats the case, it's alright. Again thank you for what you've made here!

why some players are invisible in the roster of 2025 version even though i downloaded all the cyberfacr?

First of all, thanks a ton for doing this. You are the reason my old copy of 2k20 will not die off in my steam library. However with all the mods and the game itself, the total installation nears to about 150 gbs which is massive and disk space is one thing I am starting to get short of. Would it be possible for you to perhaps to separate the mods into retro rosters, 2025 rosters etc.? I have just registered so forgive me if this was asked previously in the past.

Some players are invisible unfortunately. I am using the 2025 roster, garland and mitchell are invisible at the very least, have not tested the teams extensively. They also freeze the game if you try to edit them with the "edit the player" option in create a roster tab, though their portraits are all showing. This is steam version.

What I tried:
- Download hook separately, replace all the files in 2K folder, then copy paste config from essentials to NBA2K_Hook folder
- replace existing SYNC.BIN with the SYNC.BIN I downloaded from the link
- copy paste all cyberfaces from scratch to waigua folder starting from pack 1 to 3 overwriting all
- Interesting tidbit, cyberfaces part 1 overwrites some files from courts files, discovered this while I was first copying into the waigua folder
- copy paste all courts file to waigua overwriting all
- using the roster pasting trick discussed earlier (without first creating a roster in the game, does not work, you cannot select it from roster picker and when you create and save a new roster then it gets overwritten)
- deleting the SYNC.BIN file and starting the game (creates the SYNC.BIN itself, says everything is corrupted, rosters get screwed, delete them and create one again, switch the files, breaks again, SYNC.BIN has to be downloaded from).
- trying to install 2024 roster, garland and mitchell are now visible, Anthony Davis is not

Latest Update Pack - 2/24/25 (you can download ONLY this if your mods are up to date from 11/14/24, if yours is outdated, download all the packs in the "necessary download links" above instead of this):

is NOT optional. You have to download it and apply it to your waigua folder as well. For some reason I thought that was an update only people upgrading from a previous release and not downloading it all from scratch. It was NOT. Downloading and applying it fixed my issues (that I have noticed anyways). Hopefully this helps other confused people like me. Cheers!

I thought I solved the problem for good after one perfect play session, but anytime after that I turned on the game, the problem of invisible players and courts would return, even though I did not even touch the game files.

Sometimes the mods don't load on bootup. Not sure why. Just keep restarting the game. I found having the waigua folder open gets it to load, but that might just be a coincidence

Some city and Icon jerseys just don't load, I've re added the jersey folder multiple times and they still don't show up. I don't know if Its a glitch on my part or if those jerseys are just not in the mod.

Correct, Nunn is a great indicator if you need to download the SYNC.BIN or not. If anything else is invisible, like entire teams, it likely means that update packs weren't downloaded. Many people have missed the 2/24/25 update pack
