Let me know who is invisible. If you installed every mod pack, it shouldn't be an issue

Found a solution for this!

First of all thank you so much to Thunder_Shaq and everyone else who worked on this project. Since UBR for 2K14 this is the best modded rosters ever

I was having the same problem with the invisible players, and after reinstalling and trying a lot of things I found out a solution. In the 8th part of the download there is a folder that says "Place these in NBA 2k20 Folder if Downloading for 1st time". Well, do it even if you have installed all previous versions of the mod. After doing that and overwritting again the SYNC.BIN all the players show up and the game works perfectly. Sometimes when playing throught Steam the SYNC.BIN updates automatically and you have to overwrite again with the SYNC.BIN of this thread, so you only have to have it downloaded and ready to paste on Steam\userdata\303342407\1089350\local. Then everything works again! I hardly ever have to do this (maybe 1/20 times I start the game) but it literally takes 10 seconds.

The easiest way is to use the "export player DNA" function found in the edit player menu. Otherwise you can download 2ktools for 2k20 and copy and paste players

I've been using this roster for a while and it is still the best around!

I just got 2k23 for PS5, and am going to start a roster and draft classes there for offline use, primarily so I can reduce the number of teams in the league to be accurate for the 1990s, as well as take advantage of the rule changes feature in myERAs mode.

I'm trying to determine the best way to bring a roster and draft classes from PC over to the PS5. I know it'll be a lengthy, manual process of inputting the ratings, player info, and appearances one by one, but do you or anyone else have any suggestions that might help speed up the process?

I was finally able locate the IDs for the refs that were appearing invisible in game. This was an issue for a very long time, but the IDs weren't available in any threads. The issue was with these IDs:

-9040
-9045

In order to get the female refs to show up properly again, you will have to delete these files from your waigua folder (with your game closed):

-face9040.iff
-png9040.iff
-face9045.iff
-png9045.iff

These files were cyberface IDs for Milt Palacio and Loren Woods. I have replaced the file names with 9004 and 9007. You will need to download those and add them to your waigua folder. Also, since I changed the IDs for those players, you will want to get the roster files and draft class with the updated IDs assigned.

Hi! wow, wasn't expecting this thread to still be active, that's dedication on Thunder Shaq's part!

So i'm also having a problem with the invisible players, i followed randolph383's advice and overwrited the nba hook folder with the version from pack 8, but still no luck, so i thought to myself that i must have messed up the order when extracting them into to waigua folder, so i did it again one by one, very carefully from 1 all the way up to 13, but the problem still persisted. The hook folder is indeed in the game's folder together with the associated dll files. The first player i noticed was Jahidi White, as i wanted to play the 2002 wizards against the 2002 Mavericks, from what i remember Steve Nash was missing from Dallas' team too. I even made sure that i was using Thunder Shaq's Sync.bin file and had it on standby incase the game tried to replace it with it's own.

Is it possible it might be some video settings that i've got on?

Try downloading the Hook directly from the original thread (be sure to switch out the config with the one from my download though). For whatever reason the Hook I include with the download doesn't always work

If you've downloaded every other mod pack, you only need to download pack 14. You DO need to have everything downloaded to use this roster. It isn't a separate mod

-All 30 All-Time Team slots filled with 15 of some of the franchise's best players
-Free Agency pool filled with 100+ additional iconic players from NBA history to either swap into the all-time teams or draft in a fantasy draft
-There are duplicate players (more than 1 Shaq, LeBron, Wilt, etc.) You can either replace them with a player from the free agent pool or turn duplicates off in a fantasy draft if prefer not to have any
-Each team is coached by what many consider their best coach in team history (Popovich for the Spurs, Phil Jackson for the Bulls, etc.)
