Modding All Star Weekend Rosters

Is there a way to mod the rosters to the Rising Stars, 3Pt Shooting Contest/Dunk Contest and All Star game itself?

I have the NBA2K Tool But having a hard time finding it to edit the roster to hand pick who participates?

Anyone can help id be most appreciative.
