Watermark Issue

Hey guys, among other things I've been trying to make an NBC Sports Bay Area watermark, and I think I've done everything right, but the watermark is still invisible in-game. I do have it assigned via 2k hook but nothing shows up. Any tips?
I managed to replace the eyeuc_full_screen without any worry, do I need to do anything else?

I've saved it in a DXT5 format with 11 mip maps, I created an alpha channel and saved at the correct size, too.
