CAN ANYONE GIVE A TATTOO TUTORIAL??

I was wondering if someone could direct me or create a simple tattoo tutorial. From making the tatts to placing them on the model. Please help. Thank you guys in advance!

I tried every tutorial about cyberfaces but they never showed how to make tattoos. Can anyone please give a summary on how to do it? From creating the tatt to placing it on the model.
