A Problem about the bench chair

Hello guys,when i put Twist's Arena Ads into my sxxx.iff from 2k20,the game crashed.What can i do to make it work?I tried to save it in different types,such as BC3/BC5/BC7 ,and also with mip-map and not eith it.No matter how i save it ,it quits all the same.Could anyone help me? Thanks in advance.
