crowd editing (black clothes issue)

they gotta transparency but somehow I think not same process like court main logo, or other files which contain transparency. all crowd's clothes turn completely black after editing .how gonna solve this problem?

make sure your are using the crowd.iff from the game then edit the crowd clothing file. I save it with nvidia in photoshop and save as DXT1 4bpp no alpha

I fixed it.it's not about that.also saving as dxt5 cause of transparency more reasonable.but it's about somehow in zip file instead of replacing the old one first of all, erase from the zip old one then I put into the edited one then it worked.
