Cheat engine screwed up my game

i was using cheat engine to mess about with some stuff in the myleauge but then when i went to play mycareer the game just crashed i think i screwed up something that involves mycareer but i dont know how to fix it, is there any way i can download a defualt 2k20 cheat engine thing so that my game runs like normal as i think i screwed up the code i tried uninstalling and reinstalling but that did nothing
