Texture saving problem

Anyone knows the right setting? Because every time i go to edit player menu it will goes for infinite-timed loading. Also when i try to save it with mipmap level 11 my ps is crashed. Any solution?

you need to add an alpha layer to the texture.
In the alpha layer white parts will have progressive sweat and light reflections and grey to black will have little to no light reflected depending on how dark you make it. In otherwords mainly the hair should be dark (but not completely black) on the alpha layer. Everywhere there is skin should be white or almost white.

I was having the same issue this morning trying to figure out the alpha layer. See this video starting at 19:03. It worked for me.
