Adding Chinese commentary in NBA2k20

I was able to make it work in 2K19, does anybody have a link to the cheat table or can someone please show me how to put it into the game?

Chinese Commentary is already built into 2K20. You could just go into “commentary language” and then select Chinese.
The relatively new modder that not many ppl know about.
