How to use any number on jersey

Every team has some numbers that can't be used on the jersey. How to avoid this? For example I want player with the number "1" in Pistons team.

Trade players with Limnono from another team with the number one available. Or well with CE you can edit the values for retirement numbers. Change it with 0s.

You can trade players on Limnono? And if so which version?... also which CE are you currently using?
