Appearance.RDAT Help

So im working on a cyberface and its hair is in the pngxxxx.iff file but the beard is in a seperate file and i want that the beard will be visible but everytime i change the hair_in_seperate_iff from false to true or basiclly anything in the appearance.rdat file the game breaks and i cant load the cyberface does anybody knows how to fix it
