How to get modded jerseys on jersey select screen?

How do we get a modded jersey to show up on the jersey select screen before starting a game? I have the uniform file in the waigua folder, and the font+tweak files in the waigua\clothing folder.

However, at the jersey select screen it still displays the original jerseys, but it does show the modded jersey once I'm in a game.

I've came across the same issue where I have multiple jersey slots filled for a team that don't show up unless you move to a default jersey slot like the home, away, or city and quickly move back to the jersey you want to see. As of now, I don't know a fix for the jerseys not showing up
