Can't find local file?

When i go to steam < userdata < steam id. 1089350 isn't in there at all. Can i just make the folder myself or is there any fixes.

Then that's where it'll be. If you go to NBA 2K20 in your Steam library , right-click, select Properties, and then go to Installed Files, you'll be able to click "Browse..." to jump straight to the folder where it's installed.
