Help, how to fix myplayer!!!

I set my myplayer to look like Jordan, and it would crash at the draft, what whould the vitals settings be to get it back to default? Then I can change again after draft?

I can't confirm this will work in NBA 2K20, but recently I was messing around with some MyPLAYER editing in NBA 2K17 for a Monday Tip-Off article and likewise assigned MJ's face. To get back to a created/custom appearance, I set the face ID back to 0, and then went into MyPLAYER Appearance under Options and was able to re-create a custom face.

I'd recommend giving that a shot. Hopefully it'll do the trick, and there hasn't been any permanent damage to the save file.
