Appearance.RDAT Help

So i used the shrinkwrap tool to add a head tie to a player and the head tie do show up and changing colors but the texture of it are just not good and whenever i put it and want to use a logo the logo is not placed right like if its front so it front right and forget about that you can barely see the logo now i think its because i dont have anything in the section of the accessory_items in the appearance.RDAT and whenever i try to add the files that should go with the head tie in the appearance.RDAT when i go into edit player the player is blank and you cant see anything, does somebody nows how to fix it, that would be really helpful
