Adding Beard and Hair

i downloaded h cyberface with braids and every cyberface that has this specific hair has this specific file: hair_color_o.e561e0bf8950e4cd.dds and every beard (facial hair file) im trying to match to it never works well, its texture very bad and i dont know how can i match the hair and beard that the beard texture will look normal and not bad cause the hair looks great, but the beard just looks awful, if someone can help i will be really greatful
