model problem - PLEASE HELP!

I created the model of Trevor (from GTA 5), the model in blender was perfect, but when I put the model in the game, he didn't even look like him. Can someone help me? What did I do wrong?

I've heard that Perspective View skews actual results, maybe switch to the other view? I remember another thread where a user had an issue with his personal cyberface coming out looking completely different. Maybe put it in the other view and sculpt as needed.
