Does anyone know if its possible to place an actual photo of yourself as the portrait pick (in stats etc) instead of the in-game one in my career?

Yes its possible. Cheat engine can do it

Ah thanks. Would that be the cheat engine roster editing tool?
I'm somewhat new to this kind of modding in 2k.
