is there a way to have more than 10 rosters?

Hi im wondering if I can delete a roster on nba 2k20 but have it saved on my computer in a folder and can access whenever i want to open it

Unfortunately not. You can back up files and swap them in and out for each other, but you can't have a secondary storage of save files.
