What's The Difference Between "Fresh" And "Rested" Fatigue Levels?

I know that inside of "Play Now" (Offline play with a friend) games, the substitution menu will show players' stamina with 5 bars. My thinking is that "fresh" would be full 5 bars, and "rested" would be 4 bars.

However, any insight and/or comments would be greatly appreciated.

I don't have any specific figures or anything, but I'd assume that your take is correct; that "Rested" is slightly below "Fresh" on the scale of fatigue.

Thanks. If you can confirm, then that would be great, but don't sweat it if not, lol.
