MyCareer Limnono questions

I’ve just started using the limnono trainer on MyCareer as I have no intention on playing online
I’ve just seen a setting in the secret settings labeled ‘Sim to end with controls’ and it seems like a feature I’m very interested in but I can’t work out how to save it. I put all the stats I want in but there is no way to get out of it without cancelling it
Also another setting I don’t understand is ‘Change simmed games count as games played on the sticks’ i don’t really understand how this works
