There's no function to switch control back and forth between the ballhandler and an off-ball player.

There's an option like in NBA Live where you can hold the pass button to control your recipient for a limited amount of time

dont Know why they Took that out to be honest. it was definitely possible in the past, i think through the playcalling Menu.

It is, but actually you can move offball player for some time to make a cut/handoff, with the left stick.

I see. Good to know, though I think natan13 was asking about full off-ball control, which as far as I can see isn't available outside of Player Lock in MyLEAGU/MyGM, or of course MyCAREER and its connected modes.
