In videos I can see those animations clearly but in my end only on some players those animations exist or being triggered, I do not know what may I call it. Hair seem solid without movement and the weird part is than this isn't in general.
For example, big ponytails surely "wiggle", men and female players' but big afro/curly hair do not have animations like I've seen in videos...
I've tried different graphic settings, retrieving waigua folder even new installation but it's the same. Does anyone else has such issue or is this just me?
