However, 2K13 and 2K14 (mostly 2K14) still have a lot of updates going on via the URB, college rosters etc because they are so modding friendly (easier file system to work with, etc)
But if you wanted the most PLAYERS to play your mod, you would probably want to go with the current game.

Ok, but I was referring specifically to NCAA rosters. Real vs Fictional. And in 2K20, there are none with real players. So that's why I thought, maybe it's a known thing that only one or two games in particular actually get updated for NCAA teams.
Did you mean the last one of each? Unfortunately, NCAA 10 has no decent rosters right now for 2019-20, and CH2010 has one but I don't know how complete it is. The thing is, even with it not being entirely complete, the actual NCAA commentary and experience is too good to ignore. Another person made 2019-20 rosters for March Madness 2006 which are quite good. Very good game!Dee4Three wrote:I was thinking about downloading NCAA Basketball 09 or College Hoops 2K9 for the PS3 emulator, because I have the physical copies for the console. Even though I am an NBA guy, sometimes it's fun to throw on college video game titles.
Honestly 2K14 would be fine. I'll have a look at those.Dee4Three wrote:But yeah, I know that a couple college mods have come out recently for 2K14 (One that I know was real players, one that was "All time teams", and another that was with fake teams). But unfortunately on this gen your options are pretty limited.

For college mods, I would agree.
I've seen some amazing work over there in the 2K14 modding section.
DaCrispy wrote:Yea, accurate college mods take time and with current gen ones moving on annualy 2K14 is the best bet if thats what you're after. JDAGOD and Nick still working even though I moved mine to 2K11 lol

Wait, you have a mod that you do for 2K11?
