Hi guys, someone know if it's possible, using an editor, to change the type of body of the MyCareer Player ? I did it wrong when I started career and would like to change it. I think could be possible but need to know how to open and change savadata.

Be careful if you're doing that with an online/connected save. Even though it's just a cosmetic change, you do run the risk of getting banned by 2K.
